摘 要:同忻矿所采煤层为石炭系C3-5^(#)层,为特厚煤层(煤层厚度一般为15~20 m),采用放顶煤工艺回采,先后进行了3次放煤工艺变革:多轮顺序放煤、多轮间隔放煤、多轮顺序+末轮间隔自动化放煤。理论分析3次放煤工艺对该工作面放煤效果的影响,得出结论:采用多轮顺序+末轮间隔自动化放煤时,放煤效果显著。当先采用多轮自动化放煤时,能保证煤岩分界线均匀下降,煤岩分界线较短;末轮采用间隔放煤时,避免了邻架窜矸,混矸率较低。采用此种放煤工艺通过在8102工作面进行试验,效果显著,顶煤回收率提高了3.5个百分点,产生显著的经济效益。The coal seam mined in Tongxin mine is Carboniferous C3-5 layer, which is an extra-thick seam(the thickness of the coal seam is generally 15-20 m). The top coal caving technology is adopted for mining, and three coal caving process changes have been carried out successively: multiple rounds of sequence coal caving, multi-round interval coal caving, multi round sequence + last round interval automatic coal caving. The influence of the three times coal caving process on the coal caving effect of the working face is theoretically analyzed, and it is concluded that the coal caving effect is remarkable when using multi round sequence + last round interval automatic coal caving. When multiple rounds of automatic coal caving are adopted first, it can ensure that the coal rock boundary drops evenly and the coal rock boundary is short;When interval coal caving is adopted for the last round, the waste channeling of adjacent frames is avoided, and the waste mixing rate is low. Through the test in 8102working face, the effect is remarkable, the top coal recovery rate is increased by 3.5 percentage points,and remarkable economic benefits are produced.
