摘  要:为解决巨厚煤层综放开采合理工作面长度确定问题,在对影响巨厚煤层综放工作面长度的多种因素分析基础上,提出了一种基于“三带”分布规律和煤层最短自然发火期分析方法。采用数值计算分析了工作面长度与煤自燃氧化升温带宽度间的相关性,研究结果显示,工作面长度与煤自燃氧化升温带宽度间呈现正相关,可通过缩短工作面长度方式“补偿”工作面较慢的推进速度。并结合潘津煤矿产能要求,计算得出了满足防灭火要求下的工作面日均最小推进量,进一步确定了工作面合理长度。In order to solve the problem of determining the reasonable working face length in fully mechanized caving mining of huge thick coal seam, based on the analysis of various factors affecting the length of fully mechanized caving mining of huge thick coal seam, an analysis method based on the distribution law of "three zones" and the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal seam is put forward. The correlation between the length of the working face and the width of the coal spontaneous combustion oxidation heating zone was analyzed by numerical calculation. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the length of the working face and the width of the coal spontaneous combustion oxidation heating zone, and the slow advance speed of the working face can be compensated by shortening the length of the working face. Combined with the production capacity requirements of Panjin coal mine, the minimum daily advance volume of working face is calculated to meet the fire prevention requirements, and the reasonable length of working face is further determined.
