摘 要:通过理论分析、数值模拟分析及现场试验对端锚和全长锚固2种主要锚固方式下锚固段受力特征进行了对比分析。通过理论建微单元计算分析得到了锚杆轴力、剪应力与预应力之间的理论公式。对3种不同的预应力下2种不同锚固方式的锚杆进行了数值模拟研究,得到了轴向上正应力等值线云图与剪应力曲线,对理论分析结果进行验证和进一步细化分析,最后通过工业性试验得到在锚杆杆体上轴力的不同分布方式及规律。研究成果可在煤矿巷道锚杆支护锚固方式选择时提供相应的理论依据。Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation analysis and field test, compares and analyzes the stress characteristics of the anchorage section under the two main anchorage modes of end anchor and full-length anchor. The theoretical formulas between axial force, shear stress and prestress of bolt are obtained through theoretical micro element calculation and analysis. The numerical simulation of two different anchor bolts under three different prestressing forces is carried out, and the axial normal stress contour cloud map and shear stress curve are obtained. The theoretical analysis results are verified and further refined. Finally, the different distribution patterns and laws of axial force on the bolt body are obtained through industrial tests. The research results can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the selection of bolt support and anchorage mode in coal mine roadway.
