摘  要:为响应国家绿色开采发展方向,陕煤孙家岔龙华矿业有限公司根据煤矿特点,将综采工作面设计长度由330 m增加到400 m,对现有综采设备进行了改造。并对超长综采工作面智能化开采关键技术进行了研究。研究内容包括了工作面矿压监测及显现规律、工作面安全回采技术、工作面过空斜巷支护技术。并将这些关键技术应用于煤矿生产,实现国内首个采用全套国产装备的400 m过空巷超长工作面应用实践,取得了良好的效果,对超长综采工作面安全高效生产具有借鉴意义。In order to respond to the development direction of national green mining, the design length of fully mechanized mining face is increased from 330 m to 400 m according to the characteristics of coal mine in Sunjiacha Longhua mining Co., Ltd., and the existing fully mechanized mining equipment is reformed. And the key technology of intelligent mining of super long fully mechanized mining face is studied. The research includes the working face mine pressure monitoring and appearance law, the working face safety mining technology and the goaf roadway support technology. These key technologies are applied to coal mine production to realize the application practice of 400 m long goaf working face with a full set of domestic equipment, which has achieved good results, and has reference significance for the safe and efficient production of superlong fully mechanized mining working face.
