摘 要:为了验证高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术对霍州矿区地层的适应性,故采用高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术在霍州矿区试验了3个钻孔,在试验过程中采用了复合钻进工艺以及分支孔钻进工艺解决了试验过程中频繁塌孔、卡钻和憋泵等问题,有效保障了3个试验钻孔钻进至设计孔深,完钻最大主孔孔深261 m,累计进尺1 164 m。在工作面回采期间,试验钻孔瓦斯抽采效果较好,抽采混合量稳定在10~14 m^(3)/min,抽采纯量稳定在2~4 m^(3)/min,平均2.85 m^(3)/min,且与普通高位钻孔相比,瓦斯抽采效果更稳定,抽采纯量提升了30%,表明高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采技术能满足工作面的回采需要。In order to verify the adaptability of high-level directional drilling gas drainage technology to the strata of Huozhou mining area, three boreholes were tested in Huozhou mining area by using high-level directional drilling gas drainage technology. In the test process, composite drilling technology and branch hole drilling technology were adopted to solve the problems of frequent hole collapse, drill sticking and pump holding in the test process, the drilling of three test holes to the design hole depth is effectively guaranteed. The maximum hole depth of the completed main hole is 261 m and the cumulative footage is 1 164 m. During the mining period of the working face, the gas drainage effect of the test borehole is good, the mixed drainage volume is stable at 10-14 m^(3)/min, and the net drainage volume is stable at 2-4 m^(3)/min, with an average of 2.85 m^(3)/min. compared with the ordinary high-level borehole,the gas drainage effect is more stable, and the net drainage volume is increased by 30%, indicating that the high-level directional borehole gas drainage technology can meet the mining needs of the working face.
