摘  要:目前,我国智能化矿山发展初见成效,无线传感器技术也逐步被运用到矿井应急救援系统中。基于煤矿井下灾变原理,设计了一种井下灾变应急救援智能传感器节点,结合IAR Emebedded Workbench平台实现井下与井上的信息交互,通过实时监测并传递井下相关参数,以完成煤矿井下灾变事故的应急救援与危险预测。经过现场试验数据显示,该传感器节点的参数采集误差率最大值为4%,足以满足矿井安全生产的需求。At present, the development of intelligent mines has achieved initial results, and wireless sensor technology has been gradually applied to the mine emergency rescue system. Based on the principle of coal mine underground disaster, designs an intelligent sensor node for underground disaster emergency rescue, which combines with the IAR Embedded Workbench platform to realize the information interaction between underground and underground. Through real-time monitoring and transmission of underground related parameters, it can complete the emergency rescue and risk prediction of coal mine underground disaster. The field test data show that the maximum error rate of parameter acquisition of the sensor node is 4%, which is enough to make the coal mine work safely.
