摘 要:为了研究钠对新疆高钠煤开发利用的影响,研究了准东煤田煤中钠的赋存形态、钠的含量及分布规律。以准东五彩湾矿区、将军庙矿区等各矿区采集的样品为载体,以去离子水、醋酸铵、盐酸为提取剂对准东高钠煤进行逐级化学提取试验,分析煤中钠的赋存形态。对各煤矿煤样进行有机显微组分测试、矿物组分测试和钠含量测试,通过数理统计方法分析准东地区钠含量分布特征。结果表明:(1)准东煤中钠形态以水溶钠为主,水溶钠含量在不同煤层由高到低的顺序为上部分层样>下部部分层样>中部部分层样。(2)准东煤中根据显微组分数据,显微组分含量的差异不是导致钠含量差异的主要原因;不同类型矿物中钠含量不同,其中以黄铁矿占绝对优势。(3)利用SEM-EDX检测夹矸中发现钠长石型含钠矿物,由此根据数据分析,表明钠从地表到煤层中含量显著降低。In order to study the influence of sodium on the development and utilization of high sodium coal in Xinjiang, the occurrence form, content and distribution of sodium in coal in Zhundong coalfield were studied. Taking samples collected from Wucaiwan mining area and Jiangjunmiao mining area in Zhundong as carriers and deionized water, ammonium acetate and hydrochloric acid as extractants, a step-by-step chemical extraction test was carried out on Zhundong high sodium coal to analyze the existing forms of sodium in the coal. Carry out organic maceral test, mineral component test and sodium content test on coal samples of each coal mine, and analyze the distribution characteristics of sodium content in Zhundong area through mathematical statistics. The results show that:(1)the sodium form in Zhundong coal is mainly water-soluble sodium, and the order of water-soluble sodium content in different coal seams from high to low is the upper part of the sample > the lower part of the sample >the middle part of the sample.(2)According to the maceral data in Zhundong coal, the difference of maceral content is not the main reason for the difference of sodium content;the sodium content of different types of minerals is different, among which pyrite is the absolute dominant.(3)Using SEM-EDX to detect the albite type sodium mineral in the gangue, according to the data analysis, it is shown that the sodium content in the surface to the coal seam is significantly reduced.
