摘  要:由于煤质变差,棋盘井选煤厂的尾煤泥处理系统存在压滤入料时间长、脱水效率低等问题。对矸石的试验研究表明,矸石的泥化并未是煤泥难过滤、脱水效率低的主要原因,煤泥粒度特性研究表明,煤泥中含有大量的细泥,阻碍了煤泥的过滤。因此分别选用PDAC1530和PDAC4035这2种助滤剂,在不同的添加浓度下,进行助滤试验,结果表明:在PDAC1530的作用下,抽滤时间缩短了48%;在PDAC1530的作用下,抽滤时间缩短了36%,且滤饼水分降低了5%左右,效果比较好。Due to the deterioration of coal quality, the tail slime treatment system of Qipanjing coal preparation plant has some problems, such as long pressure filtration feeding time and low dehydration efficiency. The experimental study on gangue shows that the mud of gangue is not the main reason for the difficult filtration and low dehydration efficiency of slime. The study on the particle size characteristics of slime shows that the slime contains a large number of fine slime, which hinders the filtration of slime. Therefore, two kinds of filter aids, PDAC1530 and PDAC4035, were selected to carry out filtration experiments at different concentrations. The results showed that the filtration time was shortened by 48% under the action of PDAC1530, and the filtration time was shortened by 36% and the moisture content of filter cake was reduced by about 5% under the action of PDAC1530.
