摘 要:基于热力学计算,文章系统研究了不同温度和压力条件下CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO-Na_(2)O-K_(2)O渣系的硫容量,并用其他学者的研究结果验证了计算方法的可行性。结果显示:硫容量随碱度、MgO含量、MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)、碱金属氧化物含量的增加而增大,随Al_(2)O_(3)含量的增加而减少;Na_(2)O的脱硫能力大于K_(2)O的;温度升高1℃,硫容量的增量为0.0034~0.0052,压力增大0.1 MPa,硫容量的减量为0.004~0.095。可以通过减小高炉压力和升高炉缸温度来提高炉渣的脱硫能力,建议在设计高炉时延长主沟长度。碱金属氧化物的存在会提高炉渣的脱硫能力,这在一定程度上能够减少碱性氧化物的使用。The sulfur capacity of CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO-Na_(2)O-K_(2)O slag system under different temperature and pressure is systematically studied based on thermodynamic calculation,and the feasibility of the calculation method was verified with the research results of other scholars.The results show that sulfur capacity increases with the increase of basicity,MgO,MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)and alkali metal oxide,while Al_(2)O_(3)is the opposite.The improvement of desulfurization capacity of slag by Na_(2)O is greater than that by K_(2)O.The increment of sulfur capacity is 0.0034~0.0052 when the temperature increases by 1℃.When the pressure increases by 0.1 MPa,the decrement of sulfur capacity is 0.004~0.095.The desulfurization ability of slag can be improved by decreasing blast furnace pressure and increasing blast furnace hearth temperature.It is suggested to prolong the length of the main ditch when designing the blast furnace.The existence of alkali metal oxides can improve the desulfurization ability of slag,which can reduce the use of basic oxides to a certain extent.
