摘 要:文章介绍了反射窑、回转窑、竖窑、多层炉和悬浮窑等传统轻烧窑炉存在的问题。为解决传统焙烧窑存在的问题,某公司研制出塔式混燃轻烧镁竖窑,并成功地应用于实践。不仅拓宽了原料菱镁石粒径使用范围,而且其生产工艺,装备水平,自动化程度比较先进,产品质量达到行业产业标准,满足国家环保要求。The paper introduced the problems existing in traditional light burned magnesia kilns, such as reflection kiln, rotary kiln, vertical kiln, multi-layer kiln and suspension kiln. In order to solve these problems, a tower-type light burned magnesia shaft kiln with mixed burning was developed, and successfully applied to practice. It proved that the process widens the range of the particle size of the raw material magnesite and improves the quality of the products to meet the industry standards. It has the characteristics with advanced production process and equipment level, high automation degree, less wasted discharge to satisfy the national environmental protection requirements.
