摘 要:针对操作工在转炉炼钢过程中除观察窗看火之外缺乏其他有效辅助冶炼指导手段的现状,提出了利用吹炼时发出的转炉噪声来指导操作工冶炼的方案。该系统设计以Advantech IPC上位机为核心,采集转炉吹炼时的噪声和转炉本体氧枪枪位、氧气流量、烟罩高度等相关参数,通过多参数模型公式来计算并生成炉内化渣状态曲线,指导操作工冶炼操作,减少冶炼喷溅和返干现象的发生。In view of the current situation that the operators lack other effective auxiliary smelting guidance means in addition to watching the fire through the observation window in the converter steelmaking process, a scheme of using the converter noise emitted during blowing to guide the operators in smelting is put forward. The system is designed with Advantech IPC host computer as the core. By collecting the noise during converter blowing and the relevant parameters such as oxygen gun position, oxygen flow and hood height of converter body, the slag melting state curve in the furnace is calculated and generated through the multi parameter model formula, which gives the operator auxiliary reference and guidance for smelting, and reduces the occurrence of smelting splashing and drying.
