摘　　要：2022年国际图联和联合国教科文组织联合发布新版《公共图书馆宣言》,对比1994年与2022年版《公共图书馆宣言》可发现:新版宣言在服务理念上,强调公共图书馆助力知识社会的发展;在服务对象上,更加关注社区中的每个人;在服务范围上,以社区为重心;在服务方式上,更加强调数字化服务;在运行管理中,更加注重标准化和规范化。贯彻该宣言并切实推进图书馆转型才能使公共图书馆在新时代继续更好前行。In 2022, IFLA and UNESCO jointly released a new version of the Public Library Manifesto. A comparison of the 1994 and 2022 versions of the Public Library Manifesto reveals that the new version emphasizes public libraries’ contribution to the development of the knowledge society in terms of service concept;in terms of service targets, more attention is paid to everyone in the community;in terms of service scope, the focus is on the community;in terms of service methods, more emphasis is placed on digital services;and in terms of operation and management, more emphasis is placed on standardization. The implementation of the Manifesto and the effective promotion of library transformation will enable public libraries to continue to move forward in this new era.
