摘 要:越来越多的已育父母进入高校深造,高校图书馆设立家庭学习空间和开展相应服务意义重大。文章利用网络及文献调研的方法,选取12所具有代表性的国外高校图书馆,开展家庭学习空间服务现状调查,对其创建过程和特点进行系统总结,此外,还对部分图书馆支持育儿学生的其他举措进行了梳理。文章总结出国外高校图书馆育儿读者服务重视为所有群体提供平等包容的服务、重视需求调研与评估改进、注重用户与社会多方参与、具有明晰的安全责任与噪声政策等特点,并对我国高校图书馆创造性地为育儿学生提供空间、服务和资源提出建议。As more and more parenting parents are entering higher education, it is significant for university libraries to establish family learning spaces and provide corresponding services. This article uses internet and literature research methods to select 12 representative foreign university libraries to investigate the current situation of family learning space services and systematically summarize the process and characteristics of their creation, in addition to some libraries’ other initiatives to support parenting students. The article summarizes the characteristics of foreign university libraries’ child-rearing patron services that attach importance to providing equal and inclusive services for all groups, emphasizing demand research and evaluation for improvement,focusing on multiple participation of users and society, and having clear safety responsibilities and noise policies, and makes suggestions for creative provision of spaces, services and resources for parenting students in China’s university libraries.
