长江经济带绿色金融与经济高质量发展的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：构建综合评价指标体系测度2013—2019年长江经济带的绿色金融和经济高质量发展水平,分析两系统的发展态势,并利用耦合协调度模型和σ收敛方法分析两者间的耦合协调度以及收敛性。结果表明:样本期间,长江经济带的绿色金融和经济高质量发展水平均呈上升趋势;两者的耦合协调度呈逐年稳步上升趋势,2017年进入初级协调阶段,并在空间分布上呈现出下游、中游、上游依次递减的格局;两系统间耦合协调度的差异先是小幅波动,然后开始缩小。地方政府应完善绿色金融体系,推动绿色发展,促进绿色金融与经济协调发展。By building a comprehensive evaluation index system,this paper measures the level of green finance and high-quality economic development of the Yangtze Economic Belt from 2013 to 2019,and analyzes the development trend of the two systems.In addition,the coupling coordination model and convergence method is used to analyze the coupling coordination degree and convergence between the two systems.The results show that the level of green finance and high-quality economic development of the Yangtze Economic Belt was on the rise during the sample period,the coupling coordination degree of the two showed a steady upward trend year by year and entered the primary coordination stage in 2017,and showed a decreasing pattern of downstream,midstream and upstream in order of spatial distribution,the difference in coupling coordination between the two systems fluctuated slightly at first,and then began to shrink.It is suggested that local governments should improve green financial system,promote green development,and facilitate coordinated development of green finance and economy.
