摘　　要：维修及再制造入境旧机电产品作为一种绿色经济模式的产业,与国家发展循环经济的战略高度契合,具有广阔的发展前景,得到政府和企业的高度重视和重点支持。从“政策引导”和“标准引领”两个方面浅析如何提升维修及再制造入境旧机电产业整体竞争力,尤其是自由贸易试验区全球入境维修及再制造示范区建设,助力我国维修及再制造入境旧机电产业腾飞。Maintenance and remanufacturing of imported used mechanical and electrical products,as a green economy model industry which has broad development prospects,is highly consistent with the national strategy of developing circular economy,and has been highly valued and supported by the government and enterprises.This paper analyzed how to improve the overall competitiveness of the maintenance and remanufacturing inbound used mechanical and electrical industry from the two aspects of"policy guidance"and"standard guidance",especially the construction of the global inbound maintenance and remanufacturing demonstration zone in the Free Trade Pilot Zone,so as to promote the development of the maintenance and remanufacturing industry of used mechanical and electrical in China.
