摘 要:废铝刻蚀液是由硝酸、磷酸和醋酸组成的一种混酸,把握混酸中各酸的含量是该工业废液回收利用的重要前提。以乙醇/乙二醇共混物为溶剂,以氢氧化钠/乙醇溶液为滴定剂,采用一步法连续电位滴定对铝蚀刻液混酸中各单酸浓度进行分析,优化了滴定条件并进行了实验验证。结果表明,在最优滴定条件下,混酸中各酸的测定值与实际值的偏差均较小。可满足现实生产中废混酸回收利用的分析要求,有望获得实际应用。Wasted aluminium etching solution is a mixed acid containing nitric acid,phosphoric acid and acetic acid.It is necessary to obtain the proportion of each acid in the waste liquid prior to recycling.In this paper,Ethanol and dipropylene glycol was employed as mixed acid solvent and sodium hydroxide ethanol solution was used as a titrant,the concentrations of nitric acid,phosphoric acid and acetic acid in the wasted aluminum etching solution were continuously determined with potentiometric titration.Moreover,the titrimetric conditions were optimized and the experimental results were checked.It is clear that the deviation value between measured and actual concentration for each acid is fairly small,indicating that the analyse method is a candidate for mixed acid determination to meet the requirements of the waste liquid recycling.
