摘　　要：闪点是保障沥青产岛安全性的指标。高含量SBS改性沥青需要添加橡胶油提高改性沥青的热储存稳定性和施工和易性。环烷油不含多环芳B,具有更好的环保性,但闪点低。分析了SBS含量、橡胶油的种类和含量以及添加方式对改性沥青闪点的影响。结果表明,SBS含量对改性沥青闪点影响不大。橡胶油与SBS之间的相互作用影响改性沥青的闪点。添加芳的改性沥青的闪点高于添加环烷油的改性沥青。芳B油含量低时,芳B油含量对改性沥青闪点几乎无影响;当芳含量超过临界值时,改性沥青闪点随芳含量增大而降低。添加环烷油时,改性沥青闪点随环烷油含量增大而降低,不存在类似芳B油的平台区。预先混合SBS和环烷油可以提高添加环烷油的改性沥青的闪点;混合越充分,闪点提高越明显。Flash point is an index to ensure the safety of asphalt products.Rubber oil is needed to add in high content SBS modifed asphalt to improve the hot-storage stability and workability.Naphthenic oil does not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and thus is more environment-friendly,but its flash point is low.The effect of SBS content,the type and content of rubber oil and adding methods on modifed asphalt flash point are analyzed.The results show that SBS content has little effect on the flash point of modified as-phalt.The interaction between rubber oil and SBS effects modified asphalt flash point.The flash point of mod-ified asphalts with aromatic oil is higher than that with naphthenic oil.When the content of aromatic is low,the content of aromatic oil has lttle effect on the flash point of modified asphalt,while when the content ex-ceeds a critical value,modified asphalt flash point decreasing with aromatic oil content increasing.When adding naphthenic oil,modified asphalt flash point decreasing with the increasing of naphthenic oil content.There is no platform similar to that of aromatic oil.Pre-mixing SBS and naphthenic oil can improve modified asphalt flash point.Mix the more fully,flash point improves more obviously.
