摘　　要：采用70号基质沥青、改性剂、增粘剂、相容剂和矿物填料为原料,制备了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,研究了70号基质沥青添加量、SBR加入量对其性能的影响,确定了制备配方,并进行了工业放大生产。结果表明:当70号基质沥青为110份、改性剂为20份、增粘剂为8份、相容剂为39份、矿物填料为15份时,所制备的工业产f满足JC/T 2428—2017的技术要求。Uncured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is prepared by 70#matrix asphalt,modifier,tacki-fier,compatibilizer and mineral fller as raw materials,the effect of the content of 70#matrix asphalt and SBR on its performance are studied.Preparation formula is determined,and industrial amplification production is carried out.Results show that when 70#base asphalt is 110 parts,tackifier is 8 parts,compatibilizer is 39 parts,mineral filler is 15 parts,prepared industrial products meet the technical requirements of JC/T 2428-2017.
