摘　　要：为确定SBS改性沥青现场加工的发育时间和发育温度,采用齐鲁石化70号沥青为基质沥青、791-H SBS改性剂、XLWD-III稳定剂、橡胶油RA5助溶剂,通过试验室制备和现场加工性能指标对比,研究发育时间和发育温度对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:用70号基质沥青现场加工SBS改性沥青的性能与发育时间和发育温度有关,发育时间2.0-2.5 h、发育温度为175~1807时SBS改性沥青的性能指标满足规范要求。In order to measure the development time and development temperature of SBS modified as-phalt on-site processing,Qilu Petrochemical 70#asphalt is used as matrix asphalt,791-H SBS as modifier,XLWD-III as stabilizer,rubber oil RA5 as co-solvent,by performance indicators comparison of laboratory prepared and on-site processing,the efects of development time and development temperature on the per-formance of SBS modified asphalt are studied.The results show that the performance of on-site processing SBS modified asphalt with 70#matrix asphalt is related to the development time and development temperature.The performance index of SBS modified asphalt meets specification requirements when development time is 2.0~2.5 h and development temperature is 175~180℃.
