摘 要:介绍了泡沫沥青冷再生路面水损坏的表现形式,并结合相关研究分析泡沫沥青冷再生混合料水损害机理,提出使用添加剂以改善泡沫沥青水稳性的方法。通过对沥青性能与发泡试验研究,表明随着添加剂掺量的增加,沥青针入度增大明显,软化点无明显变化,延度减小;同时,沥青膨胀率增加较为明显,而半衰期却有下降的趋势,建议添加剂掺量范围0.2%~0.8%;通过泡沫沥青冷再生混合料干湿劈裂强度比和冻融劈裂强度比试验,发现加入添加剂后,随着添加量的增加,冷再生混合料的抗水损害能力能够得到明显改善。This paper introduces the appearance of foamed asphalt cold regeneration pavement water damage,and analyzes the water damage mechanism with related research,and puts forward a method to im-prove the water stability by using additive.By study on asphalt performance and foam test,results show that with the increase of additive content,penetration degree increases obviously,softening point does not change obviously,and ductility decreases.At the same time,the expansion rate of asphalt increases obviously,but half-life has a downward trend.It is suggested that the dosage of additive ranges from 0.2%to 0.8%.Through the experiments of dry-wet splitting strength ratio and freeze-thaw sliting strength ratio,it is found that the water damage resistant performance of cold regeneration mixture is significantly improved with the additive content increase.
