摘 要:“双碳”目标践行下,如何依托低碳技术创新发挥城镇化对碳排放效率的促进作用至关重要。文章识别了城镇化、低碳技术创新与碳排放效率的作用机制,并通过面板中介模型考察三者关系。研究得出,随着城镇化规模不断扩大,城镇化对碳排放效率的影响呈现出先抑制、后促进的正“U”型关系。城镇化可以发挥技术创新外溢效应,其中对低碳技术自主创新的外溢作用最强,对低碳技术引进创新的外溢作用最弱。全区来看,在城镇化对碳排放效率的影响中,低碳技术引进创新发挥部分遮掩作用,低碳技术模仿创新和低碳技术自主创新存在部分中介效应。分区来看,低碳创新高级水平区城镇化依托低碳技术自主创新对碳排放效率产生正向影响,中级水平区城镇化经由低碳技术引进创新和低碳技术模仿创新抵消对碳排放效率的部分产生负向影响,而低级水平区主要通过低碳技术模仿创新影响碳排放效率。Under the implementation of the"double carbon"goal,how to rely on low-carbon technology innovation to play the role of urbanization in promoting carbon emission efficiency is very important.This paper identifies the mechanism of urbanization,low-carbon technology innovation and carbon emission efficiency,and examines the relationship between the three through the panel intermediary model.The research shows that with the continuous expansion of urbanization,the impact of urbanization on carbon emission efficiency presents a positive"U"relationship of first inhibition and then promotion.Urbanization can exert the spillover effect of technological innovation,among which the spillover effect on the independent innovation of low-carbon technology is the strongest and the spillover ef-fect on the introduction and innovation of low-carbon technology is the weakest.From the perspective of the whole region,in the impact of urbanization on carbon emission efficiency,the introduction and innovation of low-carbon technologies play a partial masking role,and there are some intermediary effects between low-carbon technology imitation innovation and low-carbon technology independent innovat-ion.In terms of zoning,the urbanization of high-level low-carbon innovation areas has a positive impact on carbon emission efficiency relying on independent innovation of low-carbon technologies.The urbanization of medium-level areas offsets some of the negative impact on carbon emission efficiency through low-carbon technology introduction and innovation and low-carbon technology imitation innovation,while low-level areas mainly affect carbon emission efficiency through low-carbon technology imitation innovation.
