摘 要:以废航空润滑油(UO)为原料,采用蒸馏-加氢-吸附精制工艺制备了再生基础油。通过GC-MS、1H NMR、FTIR等分析手段对UO、加氢精制油(HO)的组分特征进行了表征。对原料和产品的色度和黏度指数进行了测定。结果表明,选取<370℃的UO馏分经过加氢精制后,HO的黏度指数为122,饱和烃质量分数为92.26%,色度为2.5,仅通过单独加氢处理工艺得到的再生基础油的色度不符合标准,采用10%的活性白土,在140℃搅拌1.5 h对HO进一步脱色,得到的再生基础油黏度指数为125,饱和烃含量为95%,色度为0.3,符合VHVI5号的再生基础油标准。加氢精制油中的着色物质主要是酮、醛类化合物。Used aviation lubricating oil(UO) as the starting feedstock for the preparation of regenerated base oil by distillation-hydrofining-adsorption.The properties of UO hydrorefined lubricating oil(HO) were characterized using GC-MS,~1H NMR and FTIR.It was found that after the UO was hydrorefined, the viscosity index of HO was 122,and the saturated hydrocarbon content was mass fractions about 92.26%,the colour code was 2.5,the color code of the regenerated base oil obtained only by the hydrotreating process alone not reached the standard.Adding 10% clay and stirring at 140 ℃ for 1.5 h, the viscosity index of regenerated base oil was 125,and the saturated hydrocarbon content was mass fractions about 95%,the colour code was 0.3,the quality of the regenerated base oil reached the standard of the base oil VHVI5.The coloring substances in HO are mainly ketones and aldehydes.
