摘 要:以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯(MPEGA)、丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEA)为单体,合成了磺酸盐型超分散剂(SMD),应用于TiO_(2)水性体系分散,探究添加分散剂SMD、MixSperse 855W对水性涂料的稳定性、漆膜耐水性、耐碱性和耐酸性等性能的影响。结果表明,SMD超分散剂制备的涂料具有较好的稳定性,固化后的漆膜具有较好的耐水性及耐酸碱性,与市售MixSperse 855W超分散剂相比,各方面性能较优。The sulfonate superdispersant(SMD) was synthesized from sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS),polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate(MPEGA) and dimethylaminoethyl acrylate(DMAEA) and its application was introduced.SMD was applied to disperse TiO_(2)aqueous system, and the stability of waterborne coating, water resistance, alkali resistance and acid resistance of paint film were investigated, adding dispersant SMD and adding commercial MixSperse 855W.The results show that the coating prepared by SMD superdispersant has better stability, and the cured film has better water resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and the properties are better than the commercial MixSperse 855W superdispersant.
