摘  要:采用化学改性、负载金属铜的方法制得钠型羧基载铜功能纤维,采用动态吸附法考察pH值、甲硫醇初始浓度、反应床温度对功能纤维吸附甲硫醇的净化效果及吸附动力学,通过SEM等方法揭示功能纤维吸附机理。结果表明,功能纤维对甲硫醇去除率达到99.99%,在甲硫醇初始浓度214.73 mg/m^(3),温度30℃,pH值12.54的条件下,功能纤维对甲硫醇的吸附量最高,达到1.61 mg/g,吸附符合准一级动力学模型。二次再生不影响钠型羧基载铜纤维对甲硫醇的吸附净化性能。The sodium-type carboxyl copper-loaded functional fiber was prepared by chemical modification and loaded with metal copper, and the purification effect of the functional fiber on the adsorption of methyl mercaptan by the dynamic adsorption method was explored.The kinetic behavior of fiber adsorption of methyl mercaptan under different influencing factors(pH value, initial concentration of methyl mercaptan, reaction bed temperature) was investigated, and the adsorption mechanism of functional fiber was revealed by characterization methods such as SEM.The result showed that the removal rate of methyl mercaptan by functional fiber reaches 99.99%.Under the conditions of 214.73 mg/m^(3) of methyl mercaptan, 30 ℃ and pH value of 12.54,the adsorption capacity of functional fiber to methyl mercaptan is the highest, reaching 1.61 mg/g, the adsorption conforms to the quasi-first-order kinetic model.Secondary regeneration did not affect the adsorption and purification performance of sodium carboxylate copper-loaded fibers for methyl mercaptan.
