摘 要:为了研究管道断裂工况下甩击管道对靶物管道的冲击作用,本文采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析了各种结构参数对靶物管道变形的影响。考虑几何非线性、材料非线性和接触非线性建立了数值模型;通过与试验进行对比分析,数值结果与试验结果偏差为3.5%,验证了模型的有效性;选取核电厂典型材料和结构参数,采用数值模拟方法研究了甩击角度、约束方式、径厚比对靶物管道变形的影响。结果表明:靶物管道的变形包括压缩和弯曲2种模式,且压缩和弯曲是相互作用的;甩击角度主要影响靶物管道的压缩变形,对弯曲变形影响较小,靶物管道变形随甩击角度的增加而变大,正交甩击时变形最大;约束方式主要影响靶物管道的弯曲变形,对压缩变形不敏感,且轴向无约束时变形最大;随着径厚比的增加,靶物管道变形越大,冲击截面的直径变化量与应变随时间的变化趋势一致。To study pipe-to-pipe impact under pipe rupture,the influence of various structural parameters on target pipe deformation is analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS.First,a numerical model is established that considers geometric nonlinearity,material nonlinearity,and contact nonlinearity.Then,through a comparative analysis with the experiment,the difference between the numerical analysis and the experimental result is only 3.5%,which verifies the validity of the model.Finally,on the basis of the numerical method,the effects of whipping angle,restraint mode,and diameter thickness ratio on the target pipe deformation are studied by selecting the typical materials and structural parameters of a nuclear power plant.The results show that target pipe deformation includes two modes:crushing and bending,which interact with each other.The whipping angle mainly affects the compression deformation of the target pipeline and has little effect on the bending deformation.The target pipe deformation increases with the whipping angle,and the maximum deformation occurs in the orthogonal whipping impact.The constraint mode mainly affects the bending deformation of the target pipe,which is insensitive to the crushing deformation,and the maximum deformation occurs under no axial constraint.With an increasing diameter-to-thickness ratio,target pipe deformation increases,and the diameter change of the impact section is consistent with the strain changing with time.
