摘 要:大数据技术与水务行业的深度融合是智慧水务创新发展的趋势。面对水务数据指数级别的快速增长和数据管理问题的不断增多,建立基于大数据的智慧水务信息共享数据中心迫在眉睫。本研究能够深层次挖掘和释放数据潜藏信息,形成多业务部门协同应用的共享数据中心,助推供水企业经营管理水平和经济效益的提升。文章探讨了智慧水务数据中心在传统水务转变、水务供排水业务与营收客服服务业务中的应用价值,列举了包括数据中心设计、数据中心构建与处理、数据中心安全运行在内的智慧水务信息平台的搭建流程,以期为现代城市的水务智慧化管理提供借鉴。The deep integration of big data technology and water industry is the innovation and development trend of smart water. In the face of the rapid growth of water data index level and the increasing problems of data management,it is urgent to establish a smart water information sharing data center based on big data, which can deeply mine and release the hidden information of data and form a shared data center for collaborative application of multiple business departments. It boosts the operation and management level and economic benefits of water supply enterprises. This paper discusses the application value of smart water data center in the transformation of traditional water affairs, water supply and drainage business and revenue customer service business, and lists the construction process of smart water information platform, including data center design, data center construction and processing, and data center safe operation, in order to provide reference for the intelligent management of water affairs in modern cities.
