摘　　要：随着社会经济不断发展,我国政府愈发提高对汽车行业的重视程度,针对汽车行业实际情况提出各种相关政策,来推动汽车行业实现可持续发展。特别在信息化时代背景下,市场经济竞争激烈化程度逐渐提高,为确保企业在汽车行业有一席之地,汽车企业必须提高对采购成本的重视程度,将企业采购成本控制在合理范围内,才能促进企业健康发展。而CP公司作为传统汽车冲焊件制造行业,在大批量生产中,原材料成本占冲压件成本的60%-70%,所以能否降低采购成本,对企业经济效益具有至关重要的作用。基于此,本文通过阐述采购标管理概述为基础,让相关工作人员对采购管理基本特征有初步了解,再从不同方面来分析汽车零部件钢材采购过程中存在的问题,并对标准化采购的推行进行探讨,从而通过推行钢材采购标准化,实现降低钢材采购成本的目的。With the continuous development of social economy, the Chinese government has paid more and more attention to the automotive industry, and proposed various relevant policies according to the actual situation of the automotive industry to promote the sustainable development of the automotive industry. Especially in the context of the information age, the degree of fierce competition in the market economy is gradually increasing. To ensure that enterprises have a place in the automotive industry, automobile enterprises must increase the degree of attention to procurement costs, and control the procurement costs of enterprises within a reasonable range, in order to promote the healthy development of enterprises. As a traditional automotive welding parts manufacturing industry, CP company in mass production, raw material costs account for 60%-70% of the cost of stamping parts, so whether it can reduce procurement costs plays a vital role in the economic benefits of enterprises. Based on this, this paper is based on the overview of procurement standard management, so that the relevant staff have a preliminary understanding of the basic characteristics of procurement management, and then analyzes the problems in the procurement process of auto parts steel from different aspects, and discusses the implementation of standardized procurement, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing steel procurement costs by promoting steel procurement standardization.
