云巴胶轮有轨车辆感应板在计轴传感器上的感应特性研究

摘  要:本文介绍了云巴胶轮有轨列车的计轴感应方式和装车计轴感应板常用的结构形式,在实验室对计轴感应板与计轴传感器的感应特性进行了划轴探测测试,对划轴探测的波形数据进行了分析研究,结果表明:车辆计轴感应板与计轴传感器之间的感应波形数据与传感器种类、感应板与传感器之间距离和感应板大小均有关,其中感应板与传感器之间的距离是最主要影响因素。通过对计轴感应板与计轴传感器感应特性的研究,明确了车辆感应板和轨旁计轴传感器安装的理想相对位置,指明了列车行车过程中计轴感应性能提升的优化方向。This paper introduces the axle counting induction method and the commonly used structure form of the axle counting sensor plate of Yunba rubber wheel rail train, and conducts the axle detection test on the sensing characteristics of the axle counting sensor plate and the axle sensor in the laboratory, and analyzes and studies the waveform data of the axle detection. The results show that the sensing waveform data between the vehicle axle counting sensor plate and the axle counting sensor are related to the sensor type, the distance between the induction plate and the sensor and the size of the induction plate, among which the distance between the sensor plate, and the sensor is the most important influencing factor. Through the study of the sensing characteristics of the axle counting sensor plate and the axle counting sensor, the ideal relative position of the vehicle induction plate and the trackside axle sensor installation is clarified, and the optimization direction of the axle counting induction performance improvement during the train driving process is pointed out.
