摘  要:SS7型电力机车作为客货两用机车,依然在铁路干线上发挥着不可替代的作用,但是由于该车型生产时间过早,该机型属于老机型,在南宁机务段调研过程中发现,检修人员普遍对SS7型电力机车的电器故障率有着很深的印象,特别是在牵引电动机主电路中的TCK7和TCK7F电空接触器。本文从电空接触器的结构和工作原理出发,分析电空接触器在工作中的故障形式和本质机理,并且对检修岗位工作人员碰到的经典故障案例进行整理分析,同时对电空接触器的检修流程进行精心设计和详细说明,以此能够提高检修效率,降低机务段检修岗工作人员的工作强度,同时也降低了检修后电空接触器再次出现故障的概率,提高行车安全和行车效率,最后希望能为其他同行在进行接触器检修工作时提供宝贵参考。SS7 electric locomotive as a passenger and freight locomotive, still plays an irreplaceable role in the railway trunk line. But due to the premature production time of the model, the model belongs to the old model. In the Nanning locomotive section investigation process, it was found that the maintenance personnel generally have a deep impression of the electrical failure rate of the SS7 electric locomotive, especially the TCK7 and TCK7F electro-air contactors in the main circuit of the traction motor. Starting from the structure and working principle of the electric air contactor, this paper analyzes the fault form and essential mechanism of the electric air contactor in the work, and sorts out and analyzes the classic fault cases encountered by the maintenance staff, and at the same time carefully designs and details the maintenance process of the electric air contactor, so as to improve the maintenance efficiency, reduce the work intensity of the maintenance post staff of the engine section, and also reduce the probability of the electric air contactor failing again after maintenance, and improve driving safety and driving efficiency. Finally, the study hopes to provide valuable reference for other colleagues when carrying out contactor maintenance work.
