摘 要:传动系统的故障是汽车事件中出现故障的一种常见情况,维修业务量约占了维修公司日常检查和工作量的较大比重。高质量、高效率的新型汽车传动体系的维修方式不但能够有效地提高它们正常运行时的可靠度,还能够有效地降低新型汽车在实际应用中的使用费用。本文研究了汽车传动系统故障的检测与排除方法,离合器开启打滑、离合器转动发响、变速器跳档、变速器乱挡、传动系统的异响等都可能是一辆汽车的传动系统常见故障,根据这些问题先通过观察现象寻找出其中可能会有故障的零部件,然后给予对症治疗下药,并且通过实际案例总结经验,得出了传动系统故障的检测与排除方法。The failure of the transmission system is a common situation of failure in automobile incidents, and the maintenance business volume accounts for a large proportion of the daily inspection and workload of the maintenance company. The maintenance method of high-quality and highefficiency new automobile transmission system can not only effectively improve their reliability during normal operation, but also effectively reduce the cost of new vehicles in practical applications. This paper studies the detection and elimination methods of automobile transmission system failure, clutch opening slip, clutch rotation sound, transmission gear hopping, transmission disorder, transmission abnormal noise, etc., which may be a common fault of the transmission system of a car. According to these problems, first through the observation of the phenomenon, the parts that may be faulty should be found out, and then symptomatic treatment to prescribe should be presribed, and through the actual case summary experience, the detection and elimination method of transmission system failure is obtained.
