摘  要:2021年6月26日北运河北关枢纽至北京市界正式通航,为保障北运河北京段通航质量,需将该河段水位抬高,且长期处于较高水位运行。预报或实际降雨出现后,基于河段行洪安全的考虑,北运河北京出境控制站杨洼闸需进行闸门调度提闸泄水,原预报方案已无法正常使用,需构建以杨洼闸为入流的北运河土门楼枢纽预报方案。本文阐述了笔者运用中国洪水预报系统构建“杨洼闸~土门楼枢纽”方案的思路及新旧方案的对比。On June 26,2021,the Beiguan junction of the North Canal was officially opened to navigation in Beijing.In order to ensure the navigation quality of the Beijing section of the North Canal,the water level of this section needs to be raised and operated at a high water level for a long time.After the forecast or actual rainfall occurs,based on the consideration of flood discharge safety of the river section,the Yangwa gate of Beijing exit control station of the North Canal needs to carry out gate regulation and lift the gate to discharge water.The original prediction scheme has been unable to be used normally,so it is necessary to build a prediction scheme of tumenlou junction of the North Canal with Yangwa gate as the inflow.This paper expounds the author’s idea of using China flood forecasting system to construct the scheme of"Yangwazha-Tumenlou hub"and the comparison between the old and new schemes.
