摘  要:针对泗阳二站的现状和加固改造需求,保留目前泵站的站身、肘形进水流道和立式轴流泵,对进出水流道进行优化设计,给出优化设计指标和优化目标。对现状进水流道的水泵进行进水条件分析和水力损失计算,然后对肘形进水流道进行优化设计,优化设计方案进水条件和水力损失比较,根据CFD分析结果,泗阳二站在加固改造中宜采用进口宽度为7100 mm优化设计的肘形进水流道,为水泵提供良好的进水条件,减小水力损失,提高水泵装置效率。According to the present situation of Siyang second station and the demand of reinforcement and reconstruction,the station body,elbow inlet channel and vertical axial flow pump of pump station are retained,and the optimal design index and optimization goal are given.The influent condition analysis and hydraulic loss calculation of the current inlet channel are analyzed,and then the elbow inlet channel is optimized,and the influent condition and hydraulic loss comparison are optimized.According to the results of CFD analysis,Siyang second Station should adopt elbow inlet channel with inlet width of 7100mm to provide good influent condition,reduce hydraulic loss and improve pump device efficiency.
