摘　　要：目的 浅析Graf法超声检查对发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)的筛查价值。方法 本次研究选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2019年1月至2022年1月30例3~6月龄内,经Graf冠状面正中层面静态形态测量(α角和β角)和Hacke应力下动态检测(金标准)确诊DDH的患儿纳为观察对象。所有患儿均经过超声检查,回顾性研究超声筛查DDH的性能,包括疾病检出率和医务人员检查满意度差异。结果 Graf法超声检查下,DDH的疾病检出率为100.00%,且所有患儿最终均经过Pavlik吊带治疗,病情得到好转。Graf法超声检查的满意度为100.00%。结论 超声检查可检出DDH,医务人员对于该项技术检出疾病的满意度高。Objective To analyze the value of Graf ultrasonography in screening developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH).Methods A total of 30 children aged 3 to 6 months from January 2019 to January 2022 in the Children’s Hospital Affiliated with Zhengzhou University were selected. They were diagnosed with DDH by Graf static morphometry(α Angle and β Angle) in the median coronal plane and Hacke dynamic test(gold standard). All the children underwent ultrasound examination, and the performance of ultrasound screening for DDH was retrospectively studied, including the difference in disease detection rate and medical staff’s satisfaction with the examination. Results The detection rate of DDH by Graf ultrasonography was 100.00%, and all the children were finally treated with Pavlik sling, and the condition improved. The satisfaction rate of the Graf ultrasound examination was 100.00%. Conclusion DDH can be detected by ultrasound examination, and medical staff have a high degree of satisfaction with this technology.
