血小板计数与凝血四项检测在诊断肾病综合征中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究血小板计数(PLT)与凝血四项检测在诊断肾病综合征(NS)中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年10月期间南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的66例NS患者,另选择同一时期进行体检的66例健康成人,所有研究对象均给予血小板计数与凝血四项检测,对比分析两组检测结果。结果 NS患者在血小板比容(PCT)、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板(MPV)水平、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)上均低于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、凝血酶时间(TT)水平上与健康体检者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NS患者有高凝状态,强化NS患者凝血四项及血小板指标测定,能有效地对疾病进行判断。Objective To explore the application value of platelet count(PLT) and four items of coagulation in the diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods A total of 66 patients with NS admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected, and 66 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected. All subjects were given the tests of platelet count and coagulation, and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The platelet specific volume(PCT), platelet count(PLT), mean platelet(MPV)level, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and prothrombin time(PT) of NS patients were significantly lower than those of healthy people(P<0.05), the level of fibrinogen(FIB) was significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects(P<0.05), but the level of platelet volume distribution width(PDW) and thrombin time(TT) was significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion NS patients have hypercoagulable state.Strengthening the determination of coagulation and platelet indexes in NS patients can effectively judge the disease.
