摘 要:粮食安全是“国之大者”,树粮历来是我国传统粮食体系中不可或缺的重要一环。树粮发展历史悠久,从原始社会的采集开始,到宋元明清时期的山林复合利用,传统树粮的发展达到顶峰。我国树粮种类繁多、功效各异,在水土保持、救荒抗灾等领域一直发挥着重要作用。进入新时代,随着民众对美好生活的需求发生转变,“大食物观”应时而出,从理论上拓展了食物的边界。树粮以其不与粮争田、完善居民饮食结构和护航生态等特点和优势而功能日显。当前,传统树粮未能得到应有的重视,传承树粮传统,挖掘树粮潜力,有助于构建我国更高层次的粮食安全体系。Food security is the most important thing for the country,and the woody plants food has always been an important and integral part of Chinese food system.Woody plants food has a long history,evolving from collection in primitive societies to the traditional use of mountain forests in the Song to Qing Dynasties,and their variety and scale were considerable.In the new era,as people’s needs for a better life have changed,the“great food concept”has emerged,expanding the boundaries of food from the theoretical perspective.Woody plants food has become increasingly important because it does not compete with grain for land,improves the diet of people and protects the ecology.At present,the development of traditional woody plants food has reached a bottleneck.If we can be adapted and promoted the tradition of woody plants food,that will help to build a higher level of food security in China.
