无锡太湖新城和畅睦邻中心的设计思考

摘　　要：社区睦邻中心的营造对于促进社区更新发展和提升居民生活品质具有重要意义。文章以无锡市太湖新城和畅睦邻中心项目为例,从地景建筑设计、功能空间复合和社区地标建构三个方面,总结具有借鉴与启示意义的设计与思考。设计采用地景建筑的处理方法,使建筑和周边自然环境相互呼应。通过多种功能与空间的复合,形成可持续的运营机制。作为区域的地标,成为彰显社区环境风貌与文化特征的重要载体。The construction of community neighborhood center will be of great significance to promote the renewal and development of the community and improve the quality of residents’ lives. Taking the HeChang neighborhood center project of Taihu new town in Wuxi as an example, this paper summarizes the design and thinking with reference and enlightenment from three aspects: landscape building design, functional space composition and community landmark construction. The design adopts the treatment method of landscape architecture to make the building and the surrounding natural environment echo each other. Through the combination of multiple functions and space, a sustainable operation mechanism is formed. As a regional landmark, it has become an important carrier to highlight the environmental features and cultural characteristics of the community.
