摘  要:设计并搭建了一种应用于电梯门机的双路冷备份BLDCM控制模块,该系统由双路冷备份控制单元、双路冷备份驱动单元、采样单元、故障保护单元及内置双绕组的BLDCM等组成,采用双通道冗余冷备份技术,两个通道互为备份,独立对执行单元进行变频控制,当其中某个通道发生故障时,系统会第一时间启动备份通道,充分保障人员安全,可使电梯门机系统整体可靠性大大提升。给出了验证本控制模块所需的拓扑结构、电路设计及控制模式。实验表明该控制模块具有令人满意的控制精度、稳定性及可靠性,满足电梯门机控制模块设计需求。A dual-channel cold backup BLDCM control system for elevator door machine was designed and implemented. The system was composed of dual-channel cold backup control unit, dual-channel cold backup drive unit, sampling unit, fault protection unit and dual winding BLDCM. The dual channel redundant cold backup technology was adopted. The two channels were backup to each other and independently control the frequency conversion of the executive unit. When a channel fails, the backup channel can be started at the first time to fully ensure personnel safety, which can greatly improve the overall reliability of the elevator door machine system. The topology, circuit design and control mode required to verify the control module were given. Experiments show that the control module has satisfactory control accuracy, stability and reliability, and meets the design requirements of elevator door motor control module.
