摘 要:为了提高传统的感应电机恒压频比(V/f)控制方法的低速带载能力、动态性能以及全频率段的稳定性能,提出了一种基于气隙磁场定向的全频率段V/f控制方法。该方法基于感应电机T型等效电路模型和电压控制方程,低频时采用电流闭环控制补偿定子电阻压降,高频时采用开环V/f控制,不受定子电阻参数影响,既可以提高电机低速带负载能力,又能有效利用V/f的高频控制优势,并设计限幅器实现低速和高速的平滑切换。实验结果表明:电机0 Hz满载起动,以及突加、突减负载,电机始终能够平稳运行,验证了该方法的有效性。A novel air-gap magnetic field oriented V/f control method for the induction motor was presented in this paper to improve the load capacity at low speed, dynamic performance, and full frequency stability. Based on the T-type equivalent circuit and voltage equations of induction motor, the current closed-loop control scheme was used to compensate the stator resistance voltage drop at low speeds while conventional open-loop V/f method was used at high speeds, so it was not affected by the stator resistance parameters. This method not only improved the low-speed load capacity of the motor, but also effectively utilized the high-frequency advantages of V/f control method, meanwhile, realized smooth switching between low and high speed by designing a limiter. The experimental results show that the motor can always run smoothly when the motor is started at 0 Hz with full load and the load is suddenly changed, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
