摘　　要：目的了解济南市济阳区中小学生伤害认知与行为特点,为开展儿童伤害干预提供依据。方法按照知情同意原则,于2018年1月采用随机分层整群抽样方法,共调查济南市济阳区中小学生1876名。通过自填问卷的方式,调查其对伤害预防的认知和行为。结果有38.55%的学生知道“伤害是青少年的第一位死亡原因”,有74.96%的学生同意“伤害不是意外,是可以预防的”,有44.26%的学生“到室外玩耍、运动时,不对玩耍、运动的环境进行安全性检查”。对伤害预防的认知表现了性别差异、年级组差异等特点(χ^(2)值分别为20.37和38.55,P均<0.01)。结论济南市济阳区中小学生的伤害预防知识知晓率、正确态度持有率总体不高,学生的伤害危险行为较为常见。Objective To understand the characteristics of injury cognition and behavior of primary and middle school students in Jiyang district,Jinan city,so as to provide a basis for the development of child injury interventions.Methods In accordance with the principle of informed consent,a total of 1876 primary and secondary school students were surveyed in January 2018 using a random stratified cluster sampling method.A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition and behaviors regarding injury prevention.Results The results showed that 38.55%of students knew that injury is the first cause of death among teenagers,74.96%of students agreed that injury is not an accident,it can be prevented.44.26%of the students do not conduct safety inspections on the environment of play and sports when they go to play or exercise outdoors.There were statistically significant in the cognition of injury prevention between genders(χ^(2)=20.37,P<0.01)and between grade groups(χ~2=38.55,P<0.01).Conclusion The overall rate of awareness of injury prevention and correct attitude holding among primary and secondary school students in Jiyang district,Jinan city is not high,and injury risk behaviors are more common among students.
