摘　　要：目的了解2011-2020年山东省泰安市艾滋病疫情流行特征。方法收集2011-2020年山东省泰安市不同人群艾滋病筛查数据、艾滋病疫情报告和病例随访管理资料,采用描述性流行病学方法分析泰安市艾滋病流行特征。结果2011-2020年泰安市艾滋病筛查病例检测阳性数为822例,检测阳性率5.33/10万,检测阳性率从2013年的2.87/10万上升到2019年的0.68/10万。性传播途径占97.08%,其中同性传播占57.24%,25~49岁年龄段占74.50%;职业农民占38.78%;主要分布岱岳区;检测咨询占34.93%,其他就诊者检测占24.83%。结论2011-2020年山东省泰安市艾滋病病例呈逐年增加趋势,应采取措施遏制男男性行为者中艾滋病的蔓延,扩大在异性传播人群中的检测策略以早期发现异性传播病例。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Tai’an city,Shandong province,2011-2020.Methods Data on HIV screening,HIV epidemic reporting and follow-up management of different populations in Tai’an city,Shandong province were collected from 2011 to 2020,and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the characteristics of HIV prevalence in Tai’an city.Results From 2011 to 2020,822 AIDS screening cases were tested positive in Tai’an city,with a positive rate of 0.533/10~5.The positive rate increased from 28.7/10~5 in 2013 to 6.8/10~5 in 2019.There were 97.08%of the cases transmitted by sexual route,of which 57.24%were transmitted by the same sex,and 74.50%were in the 25-49 age group.In terms of occupation,farmers accounted for 38.78%;The cases mainly distributed in Daiyue district.Testing consultation accounted for 34.93%,and consultation of other patients accounted for 24.83%.Conclusion From 2011 to 2020,the number of AIDS cases in Tai’an city,Shandong province showed an increasing trend year by year.Measures should be taken to curb the spread of AIDS among men who have sex with men and expand detection strategies among heterosexual transmission populations to detect heterosexual transmission cases at an early stage.
