补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症的可行性

摘　　要：研究表明,近年来我国中风的发病率、致死率、致残率及复发率一直居高不下,中风已成为值得关注的高发疾病之一,且大多数中风患者经治疗会遗留轻重不等的后遗症,因此,对中风后遗症的治疗亦出现在众多学者的视野中。随着现代中医药研究所取得的进展,补阳还五汤进入了许多学者的研究范围,该方在治疗中风后遗症的中表现出良好的疗效,使其成为中医治疗中风后遗症的一大特色。从中医角度出发,该方具有补气、活血、通络之功效。从现代药理研究成果的层面出发,该方具有保护神经组织、清除自由基及抑制自由基产生、改善微循环、减少血液黏稠度及增加血流量等作用。从临床研究角度论述,多数学者的研究认为该方在配合随证加减及针灸等康复治疗后,对于促进神经功能康复的疗效更佳。文章从多角度出发,通过对补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症的理论依据,该方中黄芪、桃仁、红花、川芎等的药理研究,临床研究这三个方面对其进行系统的论述与分析,进一步阐明了补阳还五汤在治疗中风后遗症中所显现出的良好疗效,不仅弥补了西医治疗上的不足,也表现出较小的不良反应,为了对中风后遗症有更好的研究和探索,帮助患者更好地康复,该方值得进一步研究。Studies have shown that the incidence,mortality,morbidity,and the recurrence rate of stroke in China in recent years has been high;stroke has become one of remarkable diseases with high incidence.After treatment,most stroke patients will suffer from sequelae of varying severity,therefore,the treatment of sequelae of stroke has also appeared in the field of view of many scholars.With the progress made by the research institutes of modern traditional Chinese medicine,the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)has entered the research scope of many scholars.It has shown good curative effect in the treatment of sequelae of stroke,making it a major feature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sequelae of stroke.From the point of traditional Chinese medicine,it has the effect of tonifying Qi(气),activating blood circulation and channeling collaterals.From the level of modern pharmacological research results,this prescription has the effects of protecting nerve tissue,scavenging free radicals and inhibiting free radical production,improving micro-circulation,reducing blood viscosity and increasing blood flow.From the perspective of clinical research,most scholars believe that this prescription has a better effect on promoting the rehabilitation of neurological function after combining with rehabilitation treatment such as acupuncture.The article embarks from the multiple perspectives and systematically discusses and analyzes it through the theoretical basis of the Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy,the pharmacological research of Huangqi(黄芪)(astragalus membranaceus),Taoren(桃仁)(peach kernel),Honghua(红花)(safflower)and Chuangxiong(川芎)(the rhizome of Chuanxiong)in the prescription and clinical research,and further clarifies the good curative effect of the Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating stroke sequela,which not only makes up for the deficiency of Western medicine treatment,but also shows minor adverse reactions.In order to have better research and exploratio
