六君祛痰解毒汤对非小细胞肺癌患者疗效和血管内皮生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究六君祛痰解毒汤对非小细胞肺癌(Non-small Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)患者疗效和血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothlial Growth Factor,VEGF)的影响。方法:以2020年1-12月89例NSCLC患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组44例接受化疗方法治疗,观察组45例在化疗基础上接受中药六君祛痰解毒汤治疗,对比两组总有效率、证候积分、实验室指标水平、不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗2个月后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月和2个月后证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗2个月后降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)、VEGF、D-二聚体(D dimer,D-D)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六君祛痰解毒汤辅助化疗治疗NSCLC患者可进一步控制症状,提升疗效,改善实验室指标水平,且能减少不良反应,用药安全性良好。Objective:To study the effect of the Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction(六君祛痰解毒汤)on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods:A total of patients with NSCLC from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy,and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with the Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction on the basis of chemotherapy.The total effective rate,symptom score,laboratory index level and adverse reactions ine two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).The symptom score in the observation group was lower than the control group after 1 month and 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),VEGF and D-Dimer(D-D)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Liujun Qutan Jiedu decoction can further control the symptoms,improve the efficacy,improve the level of laboratory indicators,reduce adverse reactions,and have good drug safety in the treatment of NSCLC patients.
