中医药治疗大肠癌化疗相关性腹泻思路探讨

摘　　要：腹泻是大肠癌化疗过程中的常见症状。大肠癌化疗相关性腹泻的原因比较多,其中可以明确的是,放化疗药物对患者的肠壁有一定的刺激作用,进而诱发腹泻。频繁腹泻会影响患者进食、睡眠,甚至引起脱水、休克。然而患者服用止泻药物治疗具有一定的局限性,中医药在改善大肠癌化疗不良反应、提高患者生活质量方面疗效比较明显。研究表明,中药复方可调节免疫细胞、免疫球蛋白、肠道菌群,同时抑制促炎因子的释放,从而减轻肠道炎症,改善化疗相关性腹泻症状。文章通过对近年相关文献进行整理,尝试多角度探讨中医药治疗大肠癌化疗相关性腹泻的方法,以期对临床有所裨益。Diarrhea is a common symptom during the chemotherapy process for colorectal cancer patients. There are many causes of chemotherapy-related diarrhea in colorectal cancer patients, and chemoradiotherapy drugs have a certain stimulating effect on the intestinal wall of patients, and then induce diarrhea. Frequent diarrhea can affect patients, eating and sleep, and even cause dehydration and shock. However, administration of antidiarrheal drugs has some limitations to its efficacy. TCM is more effective in improving the adverse effects of chemotherapy and improving the survival quality of colorectal cancer patients. Studies show that TCM compound can regulate immune cells, immunoglobulin, intestinal flora, and inhibit the release of proinflammatory factors, thus reducing intestinal inflammation and relieving the symptoms of chemotherapy-related diarrhea. By sorting relevant literature in recent years, the idea of TCM treatment for chemotherapy-related diarrhea in colorectal cancer is discussed from multiple perspectives in this paper, in order to achieve clinical benefit.
