鼻丘针刺配健脾升清饮治疗脾虚湿困型失嗅的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺鼻丘配合健脾升清饮治疗脾虚湿困型失嗅的效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月于密云区中医医院接受治疗的70例失嗅患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组给予辅舒良、甲钴胺分散片治疗,观察组给予针刺鼻丘配自拟健脾升清饮治疗。对比两组临床总有效率、嗅觉功能、中医证候积分以及白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-4、IL-5、γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);经治疗,两组的嗅觉功能评分、中医证候积分均有所下降,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前,两组IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ水平比较,P> 0.05;经治疗,两组IL-4、IL-5水平均有所下降,IFN-γ水平均有所上升,且观察组均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:针刺鼻丘配健脾升清饮治疗失嗅能明显改善临床症状,值得深入研究并加以推广运用。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the nasal hill plus the Jianpi Shengqing decoction(健脾升清饮)on anosmia due to spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods:A total of 70 patients with anosmia who were treated from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(35 patients)and the control group(35 patients)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation plus mecobalamin dispersible tablets,and the observation group was treated by acupuncture on the nasal hill plus the Jianpi Shengqing decoction.The total clinical effective rate,olfactory function,TCM syndrome score,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,interferon gamma(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the olfactory function scores and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased,and in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-γin the two groups were compared,and P>0.05.After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-5 were decreased,and the level of IFN-γwas increased;the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on the nasal hill plus the Jianpi Shengqing decoction in the treatment of anosmia can significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of further research and promotion.
