摘 要:目的:观察醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血后昏迷的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年至2021年蚌埠市第三人民医院急诊内科收治的脑出血后昏迷患者95例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组47例,观察组48例。对照组给予盐酸纳洛酮治疗,观察组给予醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠的变化,采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)比较2组患者意识状态恢复情况,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较2组患者神经功能缺损情况,并比较2组患者的清醒时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组GCS评分显著高于对照组,NIHSS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组清醒时间比对照组长,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静联合盐酸纳洛酮治疗脑出血后昏迷患者,可有效改善患者神经功能,缩短清醒时间,提高临床治疗效果,同时改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnaojing combined with naloxone hydrochloride on coma after cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 95 cases of coma patients treated in the Emergency department of Bengbu third People′s Hospital from 2018 to 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with naloxone hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing combined with naloxone hydrochloride.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep before and after intervention between 2 groups,and Glasgow Coma Score(GCS)was used to compare the recovery of consciousness state between 2 groups.Neurological deficits of 2 groups were compared using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and the awake time and clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After treatment,GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,NIHSS score and PSQI score were significantly lower than the control group,the awake time of the observation group was shortlonger than the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing combined with naloxone hydrochloride in the treatment of coma patients after cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the neurological function of patients,shorten the awake time,improve the clinical therapeutic effect,and improve the quality of sleep,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
