观察酸枣仁汤辨证加减治疗高血压合并睡眠障碍的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察酸枣仁汤辨证加减治疗高血压合并睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月德州市第二中医院内儿科收治的高血压合并睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予基础标准化治疗方案干预,观察组患者在标准化治疗的同时施以组方“酸枣仁汤”加减治疗方案。观察患者血压改善以及睡眠质量改善水准,同时比较2组患者治疗结局。结果:2组患者动脉血压以及睡眠质量均较治疗前显著好转,但观察组患者相关指标改善水准较对照组患者显著提高,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者有效与显效的人数较对照组患者显著增多,最终治疗有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酸枣仁汤加减治疗对高血压合并睡眠障碍患者具有重要的指导价值,值得临床推荐使用。Objective:To observe the effect of Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of hypertension complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypertension combined with sleep disorders admitted to the Department of Pediatrics in the Second Middle School Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic standardized treatment,and the observation group was treated with“Suanzaoren Decoction”plus or minus treatment at the same time.The improvement levels of blood pressure and sleep quality were observed,and the treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared at the same time.Results:Compared with before treatment,the arterial blood pressure and sleep quality in 2 groups were significantly improved,and the improvement level of related indicators in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).The number of effective and effective patients in the observation group was significantly increased compared with the control group,and the final treatment effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Suanzaoren decoction has important guiding value for patients with hypertension complicated with sleep disorders,and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
