观察针刺联合固元宁神汤对心肾不交型围绝经期失眠症患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合固元宁神汤对心肾不交型围绝经期失眠症(PMI)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月厦门市翔安区妇幼保健院收治的心肾不交型PMI患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予固元宁神汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,连续治疗4周。比较2组患者的临床疗效,中医证候积分,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量,同时比较2组患者不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组中医证候评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:针刺联合固元宁神汤治疗心肾不交型PMI患者效果显著,可有效减轻其中医证候,改善睡眠质量,且无严重不良反应,临床应用价值较高,可进行大力推广。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Guyuan Ningshen Decoction on sleep quality of perimenopausal insomnia patients with heart-kidney disjunction type.Methods:A total of 84 patients with non-concombo-renal Perimenopausal Insomnia(PMI)admitted to Xiangan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiamen City from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guyuan Ningshen Decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups were compared.The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of the 2 groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared as well.Results:After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the TCM syndrome score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Guyuan Ningshen Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of heart-kidney incompatibility PMI patients,which can effectively reduce their TCM syndroma and improve sleep quality without serious adverse reactions.Therefore,it has a high clinical application value and can be promoted.
