地西泮联合缩宫素治疗对于潜伏期延长产妇妊娠结局与睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨地西泮联合缩宫素应用于产妇第一产程中对产妇宫颈扩张程度以及分娩结局和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的初产自然分娩的产妇68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。2组产妇均连续椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩。对照组产妇采用常规缩宫素进行辅助处理,观察组产妇则选择在第一产程中应用地西泮联合缩宫素进行干预,比较2组产妇的妊娠结局和睡眠质量。结果:观察组的各项妊娠结局指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组产妇的睡眠时间比对照组长,入睡时间比对照组短,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行产妇分娩管理时,在第一产程应用地西泮联合缩宫素能够使产妇的分娩质量得到提升,临床应用价值良好,值得进行推广应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of diazepam combined with oxytocin solution on the degree of cervical dilatation,delivery outcome and sleep quality in the first stage of labor.Methods:The study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022.68 primiparas who received continuous intraspinal delivery analgesia in Lingcheng District People′s Hospital during this period were selected as the research objects.A prospective randomized controlled trial was carried out.The patients were divided into control group and observation group.34 primiparas who received continuous intraspinal delivery analgesia were set in each group.The pregnant women in the control group were treated with conventional oxytocin,while the pregnant women in the observation group chose diazepam in the first stage of labor to evaluate the pregnancy outcome of the two groups,and the differences between the two groups were analyzed.Results:By comparing the final pregnancy results between the two groups,it was found that the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of parturient delivery,the application of diazepam combined with oxytocin in the first stage of labor can improve the quality of parturient delivery.
