摘　　要：目的:评估聚焦解决模式对脑出血患者心理适应及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2022年5月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的脑出血患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组给予常规治疗管理,观察组在对照组管理基础上施以聚焦解决模式,比较2组自我管理能力、治疗依从性、心理状态、睡眠质量以及日常生活能力。结果:治疗管理后,观察组自我管理评分及治疗依从性评分均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);治疗管理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,日常生活能力评分高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:聚焦解决模式应用于脑出血患者治疗管理中效果较好,该模式可显著增强患者的自我管理能力与治疗依从性,调节其心理状态,更有助于提高其睡眠质量及日常生活能力。Objective:To evaluate the effect of focused solution model on the psychological adaptation and sleep quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2022,82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in Third People′s Hospital of Bengbu City were selected as the sample.According to the random grouping sequence generated by SPSS 25.0 software,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group;The control group was managed by routine treatment,while the observation group was treated by focused solution mode on the basis of the control group;Discriminate and compare the self-management ability,treatment compliance,psychological state,sleep quality and daily living ability of the two groups.Results:Through treatment management,the scores of self-management and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001);The scores of the self rating anxiety scale and the self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001);The sleep quality score of this group was lower than that of the control group,and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Focused solution model has an excellent effect in the treatment and management of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.This model can significantly enhance the self-management ability and treatment compliance of patients,regulate their psychological state,and is more conducive to the improvement of sleep quality and daily life ability.
