摘　　要：癌症是威胁人类健康与生命的严重疾病,睡眠障碍是临床最常见症状之一,癌症伴睡眠障碍往往提示患者心身处于异常状态之中,会大大降低患者生命质量。本案介绍心身并治早期肺癌术后睡眠障碍,对疏肝健脾法治疗该病的临证运用经验进行阐述。Cancer is a serious disease that threatens human life.Sleep disorder is one of the most common clinical symptoms.Cancer with sleep disorder suggests that patients are in an abnormal psychosomatic state,which greatly reduces the quality of life.This case report introduces psychosomatic treatment on sleep disorder of early lung cancer resection,and expounds the clinical experience of soothing liver and tonifying spleen method.
